KREMAYER TYPE OPENING MECHANISMS
Opener Mechanisms are the mechanisms that enable the joinery systems to open. Electric motors are mostly used. Besides, chopping systems can be opened by means of “pneumatic cylinders” and “telescopic shaft”.
Generally, reciprocating motors are used when it is desired to move the joinery vertically (eg roof hatch & windows) and chain motors are used when it is desired to move it horizontally (eg facade windows). It is important to choose the “motor piston size” suitable for the size of the door & window to be moved. Otherwise, it will not work properly.
KREMAYER TYPE OPENING MECHANISMS
There are models of opener motors that can work with 24V or 220V.
Thanks to the elements such as the opening mechanism control panel, heat and smoke detector, wind and rain sensor, open / close button, it can adapt to all kinds of automation so that the covers can be used for smoke evacuation and ventilation.
Rack Gear Motor
They are generally used for cover and window systems on roofs. They are strong and durable opening mechanisms. Thanks to this feature, they are preferred for opening large and heavy joinery systems. Another important feature is that it performs the limit stop and safety stop very successfully thanks to the “Electronic Switch”.
According to the size of the cover or window that will lift the rack gear motors, it is decided which piston size will be applied. There are types that can work with 24V or 220V voltage.
An auxiliary arm can be added to rack gear motors. Thus, large doors & windows are ensured to work properly and to be durable.
